Rep. Boozer says...
“In recent weeks it has become even more evident that ACORN is not responsible with the federal funding it has received so I will work to ensure it doesn’t get any more tax dollars from hard working Americans,"
Guess you try to find your victories where you can. How about a bill that would outlaw tape-recorded conversation laws across the country? How about one outlawing college Republicans? We'd buy into that one.
Boozman co-sponsors bill to pull ACORN funding

NO, that would be one of the FEW good things Boozman has done. I think we can all agree this is constructive.
Seems like some object to partisan journalisms when it is against their favorite partisan. No mention here of the Adams Project outing CIA field agents, which puts people's live's on the line. You know, chasing, taking surrepticious pictures, then showing them to terrorists. When the Valerie Plame thing occured, there was outrage from the left, though Plame was NOT a field agent.
Still, these things will happen when there is corruption to uproot on both sides of the aisle.
I guess we'll wait to see what a judge and jury says about the young journalists.
Then Bernie has no chance this fall! He's wasting his money, and opening himself up to an IRS audit!
Bernie still has an excellent chance, since Boozman has only co-sponsored, since Boozman cannot actually come up with any bills of his own. The only things Boozman has proposed, is the naming of three post offices.
Has Boozman voted in favor of ACORN funding prior to all the Obama-led attention on the organization? That may be the thing to look into.
The Skoch campaign is gaining support quickly. Boozman's tired record of co-sponsoring many and sponsoring (successfully) nothing isn't going to help him keep his seat. He has no political clout. The people he supports do not return the favor when he pens legislation - which is rare to begin with.
Wow, I detest you bagger-types, but when you're right about Boozer, you're right - and you hit it dead-on with Mr. Rubber-Stamp-Post-Office-Eye-Doctor. Hell, I hope your boy wins the primary so we can really have someone to hate on who deserves it! I sincerely wish you luck - after the millage travesty last night screwing our kids, you're probably feeling pretty good about your chances, so ram ol' Boozer into the hole, and let me cheer you on.
Why George, I thought we were friends? All this hate just because we disagree on some things? And the epithets? Can't you facilitate the English language in a less vulgar fashion, or is your arsenal limited to spite.
The kids will do MUCH better now that thought has to be put into a school, instead of feeding money into a wish list.
Just remember, the way things are tilting around here, when Skoch wins the primary, there isn't going to be a viable, competent candidate to run against Skoch. You may get some vitriol filled critter who will call protesters baggers and other such lovely things, but that kind of hate is wearing thin.
How about looking FORWARD to something? How about Pontiac Coffee House for an I-Caucus meeting. I'll be there and we can talk.
Acutally, George, I was in error. I will be at the Pope County Fair. Perhaps, on the drive there, I'll pay half the fuel, you can try to explain to me how ANY of that school funding fraud would help any kids. If you can make your case better than you did here and now, well, I might agree with you.
From what I saw, it was waste, and I was one that fought pretty hard, made some calls and wrote some notes.
Stop, listen, think, you'll be the better for it.
