According to a spokesperson, Shimkus, who represents Illinois' 19th district, was frustrated that the president wasn't offering any new information.
Shimkus' spokesperson told the Trib: "Regardless of the words the president used, the tone did not bring Republicans on board."
Always from the House, always from the fringe, always Republican. That's not how you get the nation's work done, and that's the reason Congress has such low approval ratings. Keep up the good work, there, Johnny.

When your president is in the proccess of deceiving the legislative body, and that member who has sworn an oath to the Constitution, knows what is being positted is gabage, he is pretty honour bound to walk out.
At least he wasn't disiruptive.
Indeed, he may have not been disruptive, but he was disrespectful, something Republicans have screamed about forever - really, they can't stand it.
All this faux-outrage is really rather stunning in its hypocrisy.
It is called politics, and one side has been decidely polite when the otehr has been a bunch os shrieking savages. Now the Repubs have begun to show some spine and give a small taste of Dem antics back at the originators of Rude, and the Dems are screaming bloody murder.
Maybe we should go back to the good old days of the republic when the senators would duel with their opponenets.
In the grand scheme of things, this is highly over blown.
